Pineapple Quencher... In a blender, whiz 1/2 cup cubed pineapple (fresh or canned in its own juice) with 1/3 cup plain yogurt. Pour into glass and stir in chilled sparkling mineral water or club soda. Ripe cantaloupe, honeydew or watermelon can be substituted. The drink contains 80 calories..
Eggnog... 2 cups milk, 1/2 cup egg substitute 2 Tbs sugar, 1 1/2 tsp vanilla Nutmeg or spice of your choice to taste. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Yields 4 or 5 servings..
